AIMALON Booking
AIMALON Booking is a scheduling system that lets customers book appointments online during the times a staff member is available. It is operated by BARCO Inc.
What it does
- Customers (people who book) open the booking page URL sent by a staff member, choose an available date and time, and enter their name, email address and other details. No Google account is needed. From the link in the email they receive, customers can check their booking, and reschedule or cancel it if the staff member allows.
- Staff (people who receive bookings) sign in with their Google account and connect their Google Calendar. The booking page shows only the times that are free on the staff member's calendar. When a booking is made, an event is created on the staff member's calendar and updated when the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
- It sends booking confirmation emails, notifications to staff (email or Chatwork), and LINE messages (if configured).
How we use Google data (summary)
- When staff sign in, we receive their Google account email address to check that they are a registered staff member.
- We read the availability of the staff member's calendars to show only free times on the booking page. Event titles and details are never shown on the booking page and are not stored.
- When a booking is made, we create an event on the staff member's calendar, and update or delete it when the booking is rescheduled or cancelled. We never change or delete events that AIMALON Booking did not create.
- We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising or for training AI models.
